Easy Gluten Free Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 400g gluten-free self-raising flour, plus a little extra for dusting
  • 1 tbsp of toasted cumin seeds
  • 300ml natural yogurt

Method:

Step 1: Start by heating your grill to medium and then dust a baking tray with a little flour. Now mix the flour and cumin seeds in a bowl, and season to taste. Stir in the yogurt and 100ml water, then mix well to form a soft dough. 

Step 2: Divide your dough into 8 equal circles, these should be about about ½cm thick. Then lightly dust with a little flour before placing onto your pre-floured baking tray. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden and puffed and serve warm.
