Cotton Candy and Lemon White Chocolate Toastie
If you're looking for a sweet and unique twist on your typical toastie, the Cotton Candy and Lemon White Chocolate Toastie is well worth a try.
Ingredients
- Brioche loaf (2 slices)
- Lemon curd white chocolate
- Candy floss
Method
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Serves: 1
- Place your first slice of brioche on the bottom of the Mico Toastie Maker
- Add your chocolate and candy floss, broken up into pieces
- Add the other slice of brioche on top
- Add the top of the Mico Toastie Maker and lock it in place
- Microwave of full power for 2.5 minutes
- Flip the Mico and microwave on full power for a further 1.5 minutes
- Carefully remove the Mico from the microwave, wait a minute or so, and then open to remove your toastie
- Enjoy!
